1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering with, or using the bilacuci platform (available at bilacuci.co and any associated mobile-optimised versions thereof), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and any person who interacts with the bilacuci platform in any capacity.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the bilacuci platform. Continued use of bilacuci following the publication of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revisions.

These Terms are supplemented by the bilacuci Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and bilacuci.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

In addition to the age requirement, to be eligible to hold a bilacuci account you must:

• Be a natural person acting in your personal capacity, not as an agent or on behalf of a corporate entity;
• Not be a resident or citizen of any jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by applicable law;
• Not be an employee, officer, director, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of bilacuci or any affiliated entity;
• Not be subject to a self-exclusion order or any exclusion imposed by bilacuci or any recognised gaming authority;
• Hold a valid payment method registered in your name to facilitate deposits and withdrawals.

bilacuci reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

3. Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one registered account on the bilacuci platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual ("duplicate accounts") is strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances or pending withdrawals.

3.1 Accuracy of Information

You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including your legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. bilacuci relies on this information for identity verification, age confirmation, and the processing of financial transactions. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and must promptly update it in the event of any change.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bilacuci login credentials, including your username and password. bilacuci strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility. You must notify bilacuci support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

bilacuci applies Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering obligations. You may be required to submit a copy of a government-issued identification document (such as a Malaysian MyKad or passport), proof of address (such as a utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months), and proof of the payment method used for deposits. Withdrawal requests may be held pending completion of KYC verification.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

bilacuci accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via the following channels: Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank2u FPX, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank online banking, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is RM 30. bilacuci does not accept deposits made from payment methods held in the name of a third party.

4.1 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50. The maximum single-day withdrawal limit is RM 50,000. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the qualifying deposit where technically possible. bilacuci targets processing of withdrawal requests within 24 hours on business days, subject to completion of identity verification and any applicable bonus wagering requirements.

4.2 Withdrawal Conditions

bilacuci does not charge withdrawal processing fees. However, your financial institution or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which bilacuci accepts no liability. Withdrawals are subject to compliance review and may be delayed where bilacuci has reason to believe that a transaction is associated with suspicious activity, fraud, or a breach of these Terms.

4.3 Inactive Accounts

An account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve consecutive months will be classified as inactive. bilacuci may apply an inactivity fee of RM 10 per month against the dormant account balance. bilacuci will provide reasonable notice to the registered email address prior to the application of any inactivity fee.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses and promotional offers made available through bilacuci are subject to specific terms published at the time of the promotion, in addition to the general bonus conditions set out below.

• Bonus funds are credited to your bilacuci account wallet and are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each individual promotion's terms.
• Unless otherwise specified, bonuses must be wagered within 14 calendar days of the date of credit. Uncompleted bonus balances are forfeited upon expiry.
• bilacuci reserves the right to void bonus funds and any winnings derived therefrom if bilacuci determines that a bonus was claimed in breach of these Terms, including through the use of multiple accounts or the provision of false information.
• Bonuses are intended for personal, recreational use only. Systematic bonus exploitation — including the coordinated use of multiple accounts, the use of automated software, or any other scheme designed to circumvent the intended purpose of a promotion — constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

6. Game Rules & Fair Play

All games offered on the bilacuci platform operate under their respective published game rules. bilacuci sources its game content exclusively from licensed third-party game studios whose Random Number Generators (RNGs) are independently certified by accredited testing laboratories. Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages reflect theoretical long-run averages calculated over millions of game rounds and are not guarantees of individual session outcomes.

In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, the affected round will be declared void and any wager placed in the affected round will be refunded to your bilacuci wallet. bilacuci's determination of technical malfunction is final. bilacuci accepts no liability for losses attributable to internet connectivity issues on the player's side.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bilacuci platform and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and potential legal action:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of registration or verification;
• Using the bilacuci platform for money laundering, terrorism financing, or any other illegal financial activity;
• Employing automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to play games or manipulate betting markets;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or otherwise tamper with the bilacuci platform, its game software, or its payment infrastructure;
• Allowing a third party to access and use your bilacuci account;
• Creating or using a bilacuci account while subject to a self-exclusion order.

8. Responsible Gaming

bilacuci provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from your account settings at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Decreases to deposit limits take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Configure automatic session duration limits and receive reminders when approaching your set threshold.
• Cool-Off Period: Temporarily suspend access to your account for a defined period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the bilacuci platform. Once a self-exclusion is in effect, bilacuci will close your account and return any withdrawable balance. Self-excluded players may not register a new account.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the bilacuci platform — including but not limited to the bilacuci name and logo, website design, software, text, graphics, game interfaces, and audio-visual elements — is the exclusive property of bilacuci or its licensed third-party suppliers. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from bilacuci's intellectual property without prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bilacuci's aggregate liability to you in connection with your use of the bilacuci platform — whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your bilacuci account in the six calendar months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bilacuci shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the bilacuci platform. bilacuci makes no warranty that the platform will be available without interruption or free from error at all times.

11. Amendments to These Terms

bilacuci reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, bilacuci will provide reasonable notice via email to your registered address and/or a prominent notice on the bilacuci platform. Your continued use of bilacuci following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must close your account and cease using the platform before the effective date.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming regulations under the jurisdiction in which bilacuci holds its operating licence. In the event of a dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms, the parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution through bilacuci's customer support channels in the first instance.
